Vintage 1950s Black Velvet Hat with Feather, Black Satin and veil

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: velvet, satin, feather, netting, faux pearls

Small saucer top on a fitted cap. The velvet is shirred around the front of the brim. Black matte satin fabric around the shallow crown with flat bow on the front. Long black feather through the bow with pearl and beads applique on the center, Fine veil on the front.
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition except for some breaks in the veil.
