Vintage 1950s Evening Hat Topper, Black Velvet with Feather and Beads by Chanda

ERA: True vintage hat from the 1950s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit any size head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: velvet, feather, beads, veil
LABEL: 'Chanda, made expressly for Lord & Taylor'
Black velvet hat is a 7 inch wide circle. Fine netting across the top forming a veil on the front. Curly feather in the back with beaded flower at it's base.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are some small breaks in the netting on the top and in the veil.
