ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 38 inches long, it will fit a 32 inch bust with room, 35 inches around the dropped waist. Shoulders are 14 inches wide.

MATERIAL: silk crepe, cotton lace

LABEL: none

Sheer peachy-pink creped silk chiffon dress with inset ivory lace. It is pullover with no openings. Dropped waist with slightly gathered skirt. It has an attached piece on the back that ties around the waist to the front. Unlined.

 

CONDITION: Fair condition. Both of the underarms have light discolor and multiple holes. The holes cannot be repaired, you might be able to make the dress sleeveless. There are scattered holes in the chiffon - there are two 1/4 inch holes on the front and another on the back piece. There are about a dozen more holes that are 1/8 inch and under. The lace and fabric are separated in several areas. Most are 1/2 inch or smaller, but the lace piece of the back has several separations that are 1+ inch.
