Vintage 1920s Black & Ivory Silk Dress with Embroidery, 34 bust, with issues

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 44 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room, 34 inch waist, 42 inches around hips. Shoulders are 15 inches wide and sleeves are 221 inches long

Ivory silk chiffon that was probably originally white. Topped with black silk chiffon with ivory embroidery. Pleated ivory chiffon down the center of the dress from top to bottom. bracelet length fitted sleeves. Gathered fabric around the dropped waist.
CONDITION: Good condition with issues. The ivory chiffon lining inside the top of the black is shredded. The ivory under blouse has giant yellow stain and stains under both arms with some tears. The pleated center piece on the bodice is missing a snap or stitching on one side. The ivory pleats are aged.
The black chiffon has a group of holes up to 1/2 inch on the front of the bodice. Scattered smaller holes.
