MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure, 15 inches across
MATERIAL: straw raffia, grosgrain ribbon
LABEL: Union Label
Black straw raffia hat with wide brim. Black ribbon band with white stitching.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. Light wear around the inside of the hat. The inner ribbon band has been taken in in several spots to make it smaller.
