Vintage Victorian Green Straw Tilt Hat with Silk & Feathers, some issues, 1800s

Great green straw Victorian hat made of green straw. The hat is about 13 inches front to back. Folded up on one side and folded up further on the other side. That side has black trim with green silk ribbon, brown velvet and 2 brown feathers. The crown has brown velvet and green silk around it. Brown velvet trim around the underside of the brim. On the back of the hat, there is brown velvet trim on the underside along with green silk ribbon. Cotton lining. The hat sets high on your head and it will need a hat pin to secure it.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition with some issues. The green silk ribbon is shattering and falling apart around the crown, on the side and on the back. The feathers look broken on the ends. The brown velvet trim has some wear along the folded edges on the side and the crown trim. The velvet around the underside of the hat also has some wear. There is make-up residue on the underside of the straw.
