Instructions are all present.

CONDITION: The pattern is in good condition. Some pieces are used and some are wrinkled. One pattern piece of the bra top has been taped and another pattern piece of the bra top has been replaced with a solid paper copy.
The envelope is in good condition. The envelope is aged with tears and splits.
