Dark blue cotton dress with full skirt. Red and white cotton trim around arm, neck, the tops of the 3 pockets and down the front. Each pocket has embroidery - flag, star, anchor. 3 buttons on the bodice, elastic waist on the back. Loops at waist.
CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. There is a 4 inch long area of light fade on the front-side of the dress.
