Small topper hat is about 5-1/2 inches across. It is light aqua stiff mesh base. Pale blue aqua satin leaves with clear crimped sequins and tiny white pearl stamen. 2 small hair combs to help secure it to your head. Fine netting veil.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. A few small breaks in the veil.
