Vintage Millinery Stamen Black and White Hat Making, 1950s 1960s, issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1950s to 1960s
MEASUREMENTS: about 5 inch long stems with 7/8 to 1 inch pearls
Group of black stamen and group of white.
* 17 white on green stems with black dots on the tops. Good condition. Light yellowing on a few, black is faded on a few. The black paint is peeled off of the larger center stamen in several groups.

* 12 stems of black stamen on green stems. 4 groups have white tips, all of the others are white, but they are white from chips in the black paint on the tips. Paint peeling on the center larger beads.
