Vintage Millinery Hat Feather, Plume Long Black, 1900s 1920s, 16 inches long

Long black feather bloom from the early part of the 1900s. It's actually several feathers wired together. Great for a dramatic flourish on your antique hat. The color is a light black, not a pure dark black.
