Vintage Metal Tin Box with Hawaiian Lady in the Moonlight, Silhouette, Sewing, Cookies, Biscuits, 1930s 1940s, with issues

Round metal tin box is about 10 inches across. I think that it is from the 1930s to 1940s.
It features the silhouette of a lady in a Hawaiian floral dress with hand fan and large hair comb, palm tree, ocean and crescent moon in the background.

So cool, but she's only in fair condition. The finish of the metal is all worn off, leaving a dull and aged, rusted look. The black design is not very vivid. Some minor dents around the top edge, 1+ inch rust spot on the side
