Black plush velour felt hat with folded brim in the front, narrowing to no brim in the back. On the side of a group of thin strands of feathers or straw or hair that are about 12 inches long. I'm not sure how it sets on your head, I think more forward that I have it shown on my mannequin.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The group of feathers was once fuller, some are broken and missing.
