Vintage Edwardian White Lace Cotton Dress with Embroidery, Antique 1900s with Panels, fits 34 inch bust, some issues

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 54 inches long, it will fit a 34 inch bust with room, 26 inch waist, 38 inches around hips. Shoulders are 16 inches wide and sleeves are 12 inches long

Fine white cotton Edwardian dress with a two layer skirt and small panel in the back. Sheer lace down the shoulders and the 1/2 length sleeves. Slits on lower half of sleeves and lace around their bottoms. Sheer mesh section down the center of the bodice with decorative crochet ball buttons. Dress opens with hidden buttons along the side of the mesh piece, hooks at waist and more buttons hidden on skirt. Sheer lace around waist. Embroidery on the front of the bodice and on the 2nd layer of the skirt, which has an open front. Inset lace and embroidery on long skirt. Embroidery on the back with inset lace and hanging panel. Dress is unlined.
CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition with some issues. There are a few small holes in the mesh center piece. 1/4 inch hole on the upper back and on the front. There are some breaks in the lace on the shoulder and one the waist. Under the skirt are 2 brown rust spots. A few small brown spots on the bodice.
