MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure. The hat will sit lower on a 21 inch head

Gathered black velvet hat with wire frame. Fancy silk ribbon trim on the front with standing spray of feathers. Acetate lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition with issues. The folds of the velvet has bald wear spots along the edges. The lining has a 1+ inch hole and is torn along the back edge.
