Tall toque hat that sets high on your head. Gathered red velvet around the sides with flat top. Red satin trim around the bottom edge. On the front is a goldtone metal safety pin with a dangling red bead in gold holder.
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition. It looks like previous wearer stitched a piece of red velvet around the inner edge.
