MATERIAL: straw, feather
LABEL: 'Judy King Casuals'
Dark blue, finely woven straw topper hat, folded around the sides. Long narrow feather in a straw bow on the front. The feather is coated in black paint or lacquer.

CONDITION: The hat is excellent condition. The black paint on the feather has some chips in the paint on the end of the stem.
