Vintage Black Wide Brim Hat Straw & Velvet, 1960s, 21 inch head, Mr. Arnold

ERA: True vintage hat from the 1960s
MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: straw, cotton velvet
LABEL: 'Mr. Arnold'
This black straw hat is 14 inches wide with brim that is the same width all the way around. Cotton velvet around the edge of the brim and on the top of the crown.
CONDITION: Very good condition. There is a break in the straw on the top-side of crown. The straw strip around the top has been reglued.
