Slouch hat made of a short, flat black velvet. Brim that comes down on one side of your head. Slightly puffed slouchy fabric on the top. Ribbon band with tabs that hang on the slouched side. Acetate lining.
CONDITION: Excellent condition on the outside. Some make-up residue on the inner band.
