Vintage Black Velvet Millinery Flowers Piece, 16 inches 1950s Hat

MEASUREMENTS: The flower piece is 16 inches long
16 inch long wire piece covered in black velvet, with black velvet leaves and flowers. The flowers and leaves are on individual wire too. The piece can be shaped onto a hat or maybe used to trim clothing.

CONDITION: Very good condition. The flowers need to be steamed. Some of the leaves have come apart from their wires.
