Stiff based black velvet hat with downward sides. Folded velvet and satin around the sides. 2 metal filigree flower pins with rhinestones centers. Netting wrapped around the crown and the brim has stitched shirring.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. Some tears in the netting, but it is gathered making it not too noticeable.
