Soft bodied black velvet with rhinestone decoration on the front. The fabric is gathered on the top and there is tab of fabric where the rhinestones are. There is a keyhole opening on the back with elastic and a velvet bow. The hat is unlined.

CONDITION: Excellent condition. The rhinestones were probably added by the previous wearer.
