Topper evening hat made of stiff black velvet. Bow shapes around the sides of the hat with openings on their centers. Velvet covered wire tabs on the sides to help hold the hat in place.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. The velvet is worn on the tips of the wire tabs on the sides.
