Vintage Black Velvet 1940s Hat with Black, Orange & Green Feathers, 21 inch head

MATERIAL: velvet, feathers, netting, taffeta lining
LABEL: none
Black velvet hat with brim that narrows in the back. There are iridescent black and green feathers around the hat with orange and olive green feathers too. The feathers are covered in fine netting and so is the underside of the brim. Lined in plaid taffeta fabric.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. There are tears in the fine netting on the top and underside of the brim. There are some loose feathers under the netting.
