Vintage Black Satin Evening Hat with Pink Flower, Glitter & Veil 1960s, 21 inch head

MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure. It will set higher on a 22 inch head.
MATERIAL: satin, glitter, netting

Tall brimless hat made of black satin fabric. Swirly lines of black glitter. Topper with netting that has black chenille dots. The large pink flower has some glitter on it too. 
CONDITION: The hat is in excellent condition. A few small breaks in the netting.
