LABEL: union label
Tall black hat with floral brocade fabric covered the sides and the top of the hat. The flowers are slightly fuzzy. The short downward brim is velvet. Topper with fine netting that ends at the brim.
CONDITION: The body of the hat is excellent, but the netting has several holes and tears around the bottom edge. But they aren't terrible.
