MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: nylon mesh, velvet

Sheer, two layer mesh top hat with flat velvet bows around the sides. Wire frame with velvet covered tabs on the sides.
CONDITION: Very good condition. Some flat spots in the velvet. You might want to tack the bows in a few places so that they lay flat.
