ERA: True vintage item from the 1970s
MEASUREMENTS: 14-1/2 inches tall, 22 to 23 inches around the head
MATERIAL: I think it is fiberglass, wood base
LABEL: 'Chic Creations' - 'made in Korea'
Mannequin head that I believe was for wigs. Subtle make-up and a black 'magic marker' beauty mark on her face. Wood piece in the bottom.

CONDITION: Good condition. She could use a cleaning. There is a ding with green paint on the back of her head and a 1 inch chip on the back at the bottom. Has some some light scratches and scattered spots.
