White cotton blend dress with blue and green emblem print dress. Tulip overlapped sleeves, pleated skirt. Partial lining in bodice, metal back zipper. Lightweight, summer-like.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition. The color is lightly dull. The belt is yellowed.
