Vintage 1940s Pink Floral Cotton Gown, Flowers and Polka dots, 32 bust, Dance Dress, some stains

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 54 inches long, it will fit a 32 inch bust with room, 25 inch waist, full around hips. 132 inch hem sweep
MATERIAL: thin cotton

CLEANING: hand washed
Double layer of ruffled fabric around the neckline. Fitted bodice with pointed waistline. White background with pink and blue flowers and tiny dots. The dress s unlined and the fabric is slightly sheer. Small gathers in the full skirt. Unlined, metal side zipper.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition, but it has several stains that didn't come out when I soaked the gown. On the ruffle there are two 3 inch stains on the front and 2 more on the back that are 2-3 inches. Light stains under the arms. There light brown 3 inch stain on the front at the middle of the skirt and another in nearly the same spot on the back. There is a 4 inch line stain on the side of the skirt, some darker 1+ inch stains above the hem.
I soaked the gown, and the staining did get lighter. Someone who is more patient than me might be able to take the time to possibly get the stains out.
