Vintage 1940s Floral Felt Hat, Dark Blue with Velvet & Pink Buds, 21-23 inch head

Very dark blue felt hat with shallow crown and sides that are folded under all the way around, narrowing in the back. On the top are dark blue velvet ribbon loops with bright pink flower buds and green leaves.

CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. A few small wear spots on the felt. The flowers and velvet ribbon are vintage but were recently added, and are sewn on.
