Vintage 1940s Brown Felt Tilt Hat with Satin Ribbon, 21 inch head, some issues

Unusual brown felt tilt hat with molded top that hangs over on the front. Brown satin ribbon band under the front with bow and tails in the back. I'm not sure whether the top is meant to be up in the air or down - I have it shown both ways.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition. Moth bites across the top of the hat and a pin head hole. 1 inch slit in the felt under the ribbon.
