LABEL: 'Evelyn Varon' and 'New York Creation'
Black felt topper hat that sets high on your head. It's about 3-1/2 inches tall around the sides with wire inside of the top. Shallow crown. Felt piece on the back with 2 felt bows.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. A damaged veil was removed. There is a 1/2 inch slit on the top of the hat.
