Vintage 1940s Black Rayon Slip, 40 bust, with issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1940s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 43 inches long including the straps, it will fit a 39 inch bust, 35 inch waist, 47inches around hips.
MATERIAL: rayon, cotton lace
LABEL: 'Colony Club, Double Exposure'
CLEANING: hand washed
Black bias cut rayon slip with cotton lace around the top with embroidery on the rayon along the lace. The straps do no adjust.
CONDITION: Good condition. The rayon has shine marks from ironing. There are scattered white color marks on the rayon. The hem has been resewn. There was once lace around the bottom, a few inches up from the hem. The lace was removed but there are still remnants of it around the slip.
