MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 inch head, may need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: cotton velvet, feathers
LABEL: 'NRA' label
Soft bodied red cotton velvet hat with topstitched brim. The top is folded to the side and stitched. Group of black feathers on the other side.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good condition. Some tiny black dots at the base of the feathers. Light make-up residue on the ribbon inner band. Feathers are vintage replacements.
