Vintage 1930s Floral Dress, Silk Chiffon with Wide Black Lace, 33 bust, with issues damage

ERA: True vintage item from the late 1920s to early 1930s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 45 inches long, it will fit a 33 inch bust with room, 32 inch waist, 36 inches around hips. Shoulders are 14 inches wide.
MATERIAL: silk chiffon, silk lace
LABEL: none
Sheer white crepe silk fabric with flowers in shades of pink and yellow with grey and brown-black details. It has wide black silk lace around the bottom of a sheer cape layer. The fabric is gathered around the dropped waist. Handkerchief hem with more wide black lace. The dress is sheer and unlined, pullover style with no openings.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition. There is yellow discolor under both are and the fabric there is delicate with tears and holes. Small scattered holes in the chiffon and the lace.
