Vintage 1920s Blue Print Silk Dress, Lace Neckline & Flutter Sleeves, 35 bust, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 46 inches long, it will fit a 35 inch bust with room, 36 inch waist, 40 inches around hips. Shoulders are 14-1/2 inches wide
MATERIAL: creped silk chiffon
LABEL: none
Blue creped silk chiffon with teeny white dots and cicles with leaves(?) in the centers. Ivory cotton lace in the neckline is attached to the blue woven rayon lining which goes from the lace neckline to near the bottom of the dress. Sheer blue print fabric flutter sleeves that are open under the arms. Straight down the sides with curved seam at the dropped waist with full skirt on the lower half. The dress is pullover with no openings. Loops for belt, but no belt present.

CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition, with some issues. There are about 20 small scattered holes, 1/8 inch or smaller. There is a 2 inch tear right above the hem. There is a 12 inch spot on the hem where the edge is torn off and another 6 inch area where it was frayed.
The lining has perspiration disolor under the arms. The side seam is split on the lining. There is a 5 inch fade spot on the back of the dress.
