MEASUREMENTS: The hat will fit a 21 to 22 inch head, will need a pin to secure
MATERIAL: straw raffia, velvet ribbon, velvet flowers
LABEL: '22'
Black shiny straw raffia hat with shallow crown and brim that is folded under and narrowing in the back. Black velvet ribbon band with bow and tails in the back. Small ivory velvet flowers and buds with green and light brown velvet leaves.

CONDITION: Excellent condition. The vintage flowers were added by me, with glue. The flowers are all one piece.
