Vintage 1920s Grey Chiffon Dress with Lace, 39 Bust, with issues, damaged

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the item is 48 inches long, it will fit a 39 inch bust with room (42 inches around chest) 42 inch waist, free around hips.
MATERIAL: silk chiffon and crepe
LABEL: none
Grey silk chiffon over silk lining. Floating chiffon around the neck. Lace with ivory lining on the back with chiffon bow. I tried the dress with the wide lace and bow on the front, but it didn't lay right. The dress is pullover with no openings.

CONDITION: Fair condition. The sleeves have been removed and there are rough remnants of fabric around the arm opening.
4 inch shattering tear in the chiffon under one arm on the front.
Large perspiration stains under both arms.
Has an allover lightly dirty look and multiple brown stains over the bodice and skirt on the front and the back.
