Vintage 1920s Girl's Tulle Dress with Ruffles, 26 inch chest, with issues

MEASUREMENTS: The dress is 28 inches long, 13 inches across the shoulders, 9 inch long sleeves, fits 26 inch chest, 23 inch waist

All sheer, cotton tulle dress for a young girl, dressy occasion. Lace collar on the neck and 2 ruffle rows of lace on the sleeves. Groups of 3 rows teeny gathered lace and ruffles of tulle down the skirt. Snap closures on the back. The dress is sheer and unlined.
CONDITION: Fair to good condition. Yellow and dulled from age with brown age spots, there is a 3 inch tear at the base of the back opening. The skirt has been taken up by hand around the waist. It was done unevenly so the front of the skirt is longer than the back.
There is a 3 inch repair on the front. Scattered multiple holes up to 1/4 inch in size.
