Vintage 1920s Burgundy Wool Dress with Black Embroidery, Wool Tunic, 38 inch bust, with issues

MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 41 inches long, 16 inches across the shoulders, 20 inch long sleeves, fits 38 inch bust with room (42 inches around chest) 45 inches around hips
MATERIAL: wool, rayon or silk black embroidery

CLEANING: dry cleaned
Dark burgundy wool dress, cut straight down the sides. It has black silk embroidery on the ends of the sleeves, down the front of one shoulder and down the front of one side of the skirt. Black trim around the neck. Opens with snaps across the shoulders and down the front side of the dress midway. Unlined.
CONDITION: The dress is in very good condition, but it has multiple holes. There are holes 1/8, 1/4 and 1/3 inch scattered around the dress, on sleeves, body of the dress and in a cluster across the bottom of the dress. The dress has been taken up about 8 inches and might be able to be let back down.
