Black velvet hat with matte satin band and brim. The velvet is folded along the top. There is black carved celluloid piece angled across the front of the hat. It comes to a point in the front and hat white details and rhinestones. Taffeta lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in very good to excellent condition. There are several small wear spots on the folds of the velvet.
