Vintage 1920s Black Chiffon and Floral Dress, fits 34 inch bust, some issues, display only

ERA: True vintage item from the 1920s
MEASUREMENTS: the dress is 44 inches long, 14 inches across the shoulders, 23 inch long sleeves. Fits 34 inch bust with room, free waist, 40 inches around hips.
MATERIAL: silk chiffon
LABEL: none
Sheer silk chiffon dress in beige and orange floral design. The dress has sheer black long sleeves, sheer black on the neckline and wide sheer black trim around the bottom. There is an attached under dress that is silk with sheer neckline and shoulders. The dress is pullover style with NO openings, making it a squeeze to get in to.

CONDITION: The dress is in good condition with some issues. The floral fabric feels delicate and needs to be handled with care. I don't think that it would be wearable because the floral fabric feels like it would split easily.
There is a 1 inch hole on the front of one shoulder.
There are some small holes in the sheer sleeves under the arms.
There are several splits in the floral silk - a 2 inch split next to the side seam, two 1+ inch splits on the skirt, another along the horizontal skirt seam.
The floral fabric just feels delicate and dry, and able to split easily. If it were in excellent condition I'd have it priced over $200.
