Vintage 1920s 1930s Taffeta Little Girl Slip, 25 inch chest, with issues

Ivory rayon taffeta slip for a little girl. Pullover with no openings. Dropped waist with lace trim around it that has openings to run a ribbon through it. Wide ivory cotton crochet lace trim around the bottom.
CONDITION: Good condition. The pleat down the front of the bodice is pulled out and has frayed holes down the center. Side seams are open under both arms with some holes on one side. 1 inch tear in the gathered skirt.
