Antique thick black silk velvet that is meant to imitate fur. Fold of velvet around the side. Cotton and silk lining.
CONDITION: The hat is in good condition. The velvet is worn along the edges and the seams. Light brown fade spots on the top. The silk lining is split along the inner edge.
