Victorian Black Wool Short Cape Capelet, for Girl 1800s

ERA: True vintage item from the 1800s
MEASUREMENTS: 9-1/2 inches long, 11 inches across the shoulders, 42 inches around the bottom
MATERIAL: wool, cotton lining
Brown-black wool cape with black cotton lining. There are hooks around the top of the neck for I guess to attach a collar. No closures on the cape.
CONDITION: The cape is in very good condition. Light wear to the surface of the wool in places. Light fade.
