Victorian Short Black Cape with Silk Bow 1800s, with Issues, Small

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 17 inches long, it will fit a 34 to 36 inch bust with room, 39 inches across the top, extra small 13-1/2 inch neck
MATERIAL: silk taffeta bow, wool, cotton lining

Short black cape made of a thin wool in a striped weave. Close fitting, small neck with hook. Large taffeta bow on the front. Dark blue polished cotton lining.
CONDITION: The body of the cape is very good. There are some holes around the bottom edge of the wool and aging/discolor on the lining. The silk taffeta bow is shattering and needs to be replaced.
