Victorian Black Silk Petticoat Antique 1800s, XS 22 inch waist, some issues

ERA: True vintage item from the 1800s
MEASUREMENTS: The petticoat is 39 inches long, 22 inch waist, 36 hips with full sweep.
MATERIAL: silk taffeta and cotton
LABEL: none
Long and full black petticoat with full gathered back. Opening on the back of the waist. The wide bottom ruffle is lined in cotton.
CONDITION: The petticcoat is in fair to good condition. There is a 3 inch tear at the base of the back opening. There are no hooks or clousres on the back opening.
There is a 1 inch tear on the waist. The silk is very delicate around the top of the skirt, just under the waistband. There are at least 10 splits up to 1+ inch long with smaller scattered holes on the skirt
The body of the skirt feels sturdy, but that waist to hip are is delicate and will tear easily.
