Victorian Black Fitted Jacket, XXS 28 bust, 1800s Wool Mourning Bodice with issues, Puffed Sleeves

MEASUREMENTS: the item is 16 inches long, it will fit a 28 inch bust with room, 21 inch waist. Shoulders are 12 inches wide and sleeves are 22 inches long
MATERIAL: wool, silk, cotton
LABEL: none
Lightweight wool cloth with wide collar and fitted body. Puffed sleeves that are fitted on the lower halves. Silk faille fabric pleats at the center with hidden shell buttons. Brown cotton lining with boning for support.

CONDITION: The jacket is in good condition. There are scattered holes in the thin wool. Holes and tears in the wool under both arms are up to 2 inches in size. The silk staning collar is split in the back and has several holes. The silk pleats have areas of wear and small holes. Stains in the lining under the arms.
