Victorian Black Cotton Skirt Petticoat, well worn with issues, Antique 1800s

MEASUREMENTS: the skirt is 40 inches long, 32 inches around waist, full hips
MATERIAL: lightweight cotton
CLEANING: has not been cleaned due to age
Long and full black cotton Victorian petticoat. Opening on the back, old blue polka dot cotton roughly sewn around the inside of the waist band. Wide second layer of gathered fabric around the lower section with shorter ruffle on the hem. It is unlined.

CONDITION: Good condition. Well worn with a cool old brown cotton patch. Multiple holes scattered over the petticoat that are up to 1+ inch in size. No closures on the opening, it will need hooks. Brown cotton roughly sewn on the ends of the waist opening. There is a white 1+ inch line on the petticoat. The seam below the back opening is torn at least a foot or so.
